This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to web development services provided by Zolvarenchrelvul ("we," "our," or "us"). As web development services are custom, intangible services, our refund and cancellation policies differ from those for physical products.

Please read this Policy carefully before engaging our services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

Service Nature

Our services consist of custom web development work, including website design, development, and related services. These are professional services that are:

  • Customized to each client's specific requirements
  • Delivered over a period of time through collaboration
  • Intangible and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
  • Subject to project-specific agreements and milestones

Cancellation Before Project Start

If you cancel your project before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit or payment made, subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation must be requested in writing via email to help@zolvarenchrelvul.world
  • Cancellation must occur within 7 days of payment and before any design or development work has begun
  • No design concepts, code, or other deliverables have been created or shared

If any preliminary work has been completed (such as initial consultations, project planning, or design concepts), a partial refund may be provided, with the amount retained reflecting the work already completed.

Cancellation During Project

If you wish to cancel a project that is already in progress, the following terms apply:

Client-Initiated Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project after work has commenced:

  • You will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Any deliverables completed up to that point will be provided to you
  • No refund will be provided for work already completed
  • Any remaining balance for work not yet completed may be waived, subject to the terms of your service agreement

Cancellation Due to Non-Payment

If a project is cancelled due to non-payment or breach of contract by the client:

  • All work completed up to the cancellation date remains the property of Zolvarenchrelvul
  • The client remains responsible for payment of all completed work
  • No refunds will be provided

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Service Not Delivered

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe and cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Material Breach

If we materially breach our service agreement and cannot remedy the breach, you may be eligible for a refund for the portion of services not received.

Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of our services, we generally do not provide refunds for "change of mind" after work has commenced. However, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include:

  • Modifying the project scope
  • Pausing the project for a specified period
  • Transferring the project to a different service package

Modifications and Revisions

All our service packages include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees.

If you are not satisfied with the work provided, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions within the scope of the original agreement. If revisions exceed the agreed scope, we will discuss additional costs before proceeding.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • You will receive confirmation via email once the refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Work already completed and delivered
  • Third-party services or licenses purchased on your behalf (unless otherwise specified)
  • Hosting fees or domain registration fees (if applicable)
  • Any additional services requested beyond the original scope

Project Completion and Acceptance

Upon completion of your project, you will have a specified period (typically 7-14 days) to review and request revisions. After this period, the project will be considered accepted, and final payment will be due.

If you have concerns about the completed work, you must notify us within the acceptance period. We will work with you to address any issues before the project is considered complete.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions. In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under New Zealand law, including rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights that cannot be excluded or limited.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

If you have an active project, the policy in effect at the time of your service agreement will apply to that project.
